a. import of Steel Wire Rope products have been subject to Safeguard Measures Import Duty as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 54/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the import of Steel Wire Rope Products with Heading 7312.10.90.00;
b. in the framework to provide legal certainty on the imposition and collection of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Steel Wire Rope products, it is necessary to improve description of goods and heading of imported Steel Wire Rope products are subject to Safeguard Measures Import Duty as intended in paragraph a;
c. based on the considerations as intended in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 54/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Steel Wire Rope Products (Steel Wire Ropes) by Post tariff 7312.10.90.00;

3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 213/PMK.011/2011 concerning Stipulation the System of Goods Classification and Charging Duties on Imported Goods;
1. Letter of the Minister of Trade No. 1008/M-DAG/SD/7/2011 dated July 8, 2011 with subject Proposal for the Safeguards Revision for Steel Wire Ropes;
2. Letter of the Minister of Trade No. 1352/M-DAG/SD/10/2011 dated October 3, 2011 with subject Proposal for the Safeguard Revision for Steel Wire Ropes;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 54/PMK.011/2011 CONCERNING THE IMPOSITION OF SAFEGUARD MEASURES IMPORT DUTY ON THE IMPORT OF STEEL WIRE ROPES PRODUCTS WITH HEADING 7312.10.90.00
Provision in Article 1 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 54/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Steel Wire Rope Products with Heading 7312.10.90.00 shall be amended, so Article 1 is read as follows:
"Article 1
On the import of steel wire ropes in the form of:
a. spin of 6 (six) twisted steel wires (strand) that are not twisted in a spiral, with spin diameter of 3 mm (three millimeters) up to 52 mm (fifty two millimeters), with core in the form of twisted wire, rope or cable from iron or steel, plated or coated with zinc (galvanized) or brass or not, and are not isolated;
b. spin of 7 (seven) twisted steel wires (strand) that are not twisted in a spiral, with spin diameter of 3 mm (three millimeters) up to 52 mm (fifty two millimeters), with core in the form of twisted wire, rope or cable from iron or steel, plated or coated with zinc (galvanized) or brass or not, and are not isolated, except that each strand consisting of:
c. spin from 8 (eight) twisted steel wires (strand) that is twisted in not spiral form, with spin diameter of 3 mm (three millimeters) up to 52 mm (fifty two millimeters), core in the form of twisted wire, rope or cable from iron or steel, plated or coated with zinc (galvanized) or brass or not, and are not isolated, except that each strand consisting of 19 (nineteen) of twisted steel wire with spin diameter of 6 mm (six millimeters) up to 16 mm (sixteen millimeter), and
d. spin from 9 (nine) twisted steel wires (strand) that is twisted in not spiral form, with spin diameter of 3 mm (three millimeters) up to 52 mm (fifty two millimeters), core in the form of twisted wire, rope or cable from iron or steel, plated or coated with zinc (galvanized) or brass or not, and are not isolated;
included in the heading ex 7312.10.99.00, subject to Safeguard Measures Import Duty."
1. When this Ministerial Regulation comes into force, the title of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 54/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Steel Wire Rope Products with Heading 7312.10.90.00 shall be amended become Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 54/PMK.011/2011 concerning the Imposition of Safeguard Measures Import Duty on the Import of Steel Wire Ropes Products.
2. This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
